Candle orders ship for a flat rate of $8, with free shipping on US orders over $75. I drop parcels in the mail twice per week using UPS and USPS. At this time candles are only shipping within the continental United States.

Through your purchase, you affirm that you have provided a correct, secure mailing address and email at the time of checkout. In cases where a shipment is marked as "delivered," responsibility rests with the customer to file a claim.

CANDLES AND LIGHT POST SUBSCRIPTIONS

Due to the nature of product, candles are not eligible for return. If there is an issue of damage or concern with your order, please contact alyssa@rinu.earth. I will always aim to remedy the situation and ensure you have a positive experience.

For those opting into a Light Post subscription for monthly candle delivery, your first delivery depends on when you subscribe:

  • Orders placed on or before the 15th of the month will ship within the current month.

  • Orders placed after the 15th will begin the following month.

Your monthly delivery will then fall on the same week each month your subscription remains active. All subscriptions renew monthly, which you may pause or cancel anytime before your next renewal date through the Login portal on the website navigation. Kindly note, subscription cancellations made after a renewal has processed will apply to the following month’s delivery.

READINGS AND METAPHYSICAL GUIDANCE

All personal readings and guidance sessions are conducted live via Zoom or delivered to you as a pre-recorded video file via email. If a listing is available for purchase, you can expect your reading to typically be delivered or scheduled within 1–2 weeks of booking. All delivered files are yours to keep and can be downloaded to revisit at any time.

If for any reason Alyssa cannot provide the service, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Beyond this circumstance, readings are nonrefundable once completed, as the energy and time has already taken form.

The nature of metaphysical work acknowledges the belief that healing can be supported through intuitive means. This service is not a substitute for professional medical advice or counseling. By booking, you agree to take full responsibility for any choices made and actions taken following the session(s).
