Candle orders ship for a flat rate of $8, with free shipping on US orders over $75. I drop parcels in the mail twice per week using both UPS and USPS. At this time, candles are only shipping within the continental United States. 
Through your purchase, you affirm that you have provided a correct, secure mailing address and email at the time of checkout. In cases where a shipment is marked as delivered,  responsibility rests with the customer to file a claim.

CANDLES AND LIGHT POST SUBSCRIPTIONS

Due to the nature of product, candles are not eligible for return. If there is an issue of damage or concern with your order, please contact alyssa@rinu.earth and we will be sure to provide a replacement or remedy.

For those with Light Post subscriptions, your monthly delivery will fall on the same week each month your subscription remains active. All subscriptions renew monthly, which you may pause or cancel anytime before your next renewal date through the Login portal on the website navigation. Kindly note, subscription cancellations made after a renewal has processed will apply to the following month’s delivery.

READINGS AND METAPHYSICAL GUIDANCE

All personal readings and guidance sessions are conducted from a distance, either written or recorded, and are delivered to you via the email provided at checkout. If a listing is available for purchase, you can expect your reading to be delivered in the listed window of time. All delivered files are yours to keep and can be downloaded to revisit at any time.

If for any reason Alyssa cannot provide the service, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Beyond this circumstance, readings are nonrefundable once completed, as the energy and time has already taken form.

The nature of metaphysical work acknowledges the belief that healing can be supported through intuitive means. This service is not a substitute for professional medical advice or counseling.
