Rinu echoes the Yoruba term Ori Inu, pointing to ‘the realm of the inner head.’ Jung called this the Self. Others call it consciousness, nature, spirit, or soul.Just as we study biology to understand the physical body, or psychology to understand the mind, my practice demystifies the energetic Self— a kind of anatomy for the soul. I aim to bring an embodied approach to spirituality for both secular and mystical minds in the 21st century. Rather than asking you to shed the Self, my work centers it, helping people embody their individual nature fully while exploring expansive principles of consciousness and the subtler realms.
Too often we trade human nature for the human condition, forgetting that an intelligence within us is already designed to lead us to our bloom. Consider us as wildflowers, each coded for a unique beauty and medicine, but we’re taught to be daisies. We spend our lives fading our colors and dimming our fragrance only to wonder why life feels like effort instead of ease. In truth, we shape the ecosystem simply by being ourselves.
I call this practice lightwork because it centers on restoring awareness—the light of our attention—to the wisdom within. My role is to offer language that helps you reconnect with your innate gifts, honor your authenticity, and empower your clear expression to ripple outward into collective evolution. Some arrive here in seasons of change, others while integrating spiritual awakenings, and many with the more simple desire to understand themselves. The candles began as a grounding hobby while my head was in the stars during a spiritual awakening. I see them as reminders that light doesn’t always need to be lofty; it can also be imperfect, sitting on your kitchen counter next to yesterday’s coffee mug.
Welcome to a space for conscious unwinding.
