Hi, friends. I’m Alyssa, and this space is a reflection of my belief that the ripple effects of our individual healing lead to a more conscious collective world. Rinu echoes the Ifá term Ori Inu, which speaks to the invisible self within the self. As I got curious about the spiritual side of my Yoruba ancestry, I came across this concept and it spoke to something I had always felt but never had words for: the idea that beneath all the noise of the world, there is something within us all that is guiding us toward our path if we only know how to trust it.

After an awakening experience in my early twenties, I began on the more intuitive path of developing my ability to sense and understand energy and work with the unseen. Over time I found myself wanting to bridge intuition with logic to demystify and universalize the principles found within spirituality for others. It was through that intention that Human Design found its way to me, providing a format to guide others back to their nature in a way that is both activating and grounded while not erasing the individual experience. I created Rinu as a space for that type of practical self-discovery. It is clear to me that biggest shifts don’t come from fancy rituals or distant ideals; they happen in small, everyday moments. The moment when something clicks. When you recognize an old pattern and decide to do things differently. When you realize the search for answers has always been a search for you.

I invite you to remember the improbable and extraordinary truth that we exist as self-aware beings on a planet floating in infinite space. Despite the absurdity and awe-inspiring nature of this reality, so many of us live tucked inside the invisible walls of our stories and beliefs that shape what we think is possible. Beneath it all your nature waits, unshaken and whole. This space is here to hold up the mirror, so you can see it for yourself.
